How pricing works
Creekside Ranch uses dynamic pricing on Airbnb — rates change by season, day of week, and demand. The fastest way to see your exact price is to check dates on the Airbnb listing.
What's included in the nightly rate
- The full 2,538 sq ft cabin (3BR / 3.5BA, sleeps 12)
- 4.5 private acres with creek frontage
- Hot tub, fire pit, pool table, 6 Smart TVs
- Wi-Fi, heat/AC, all utilities
- Linens, towels, starter supplies
- Self check-in via smart lock
Additional fees
- Cleaning fee: one-time, shown before you book
- Pet fee: one-time, per stay (not per pet). No size limit on dogs.
- Taxes: Oklahoma lodging tax (state + county) shown at checkout
- Airbnb service fee: charged by Airbnb, disclosed at checkout
There are no hidden resort fees, amenity fees, or after-booking surprises. What you see on Airbnb is what you pay.
Minimum nights
- Most weekends: 2-night minimum
- Holiday weekends & peak season: 3-night minimum
- Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's): 4-night minimum
- Longer stays (5+ nights) are often discounted on the listing
Seasonal rate guidance
Rates generally follow Broken Bow demand patterns:
- Peak:October (fall foliage), summer weekends (June-August), Thanksgiving, Christmas / New Year's
- Shoulder: Spring (March-May), September, non-holiday November
- Value: Mid-week non-peak dates, January-February (short of holiday weeks)
