Can I bring my dog (or dogs)?

Yes. Dogs are welcome with no size limit. There's a fenced area on the property for off-leash time, and a one-time pet fee applies per stay (not per pet). We ask that dogs be crated when unattended and that owners pick up after them on the property.

How many people does the cabin sleep?

12 people in real beds. Bed configuration: primary (king), bedroom 2 (queen), bedroom 3 (queen + twin bunk), loft (full + twin bunk). We don't count couches in the bed count.

Where exactly is the cabin?

2175 Camp Ranch Rd, Broken Bow, OK 74728. We're in Pine Hills West — about 2 miles west of the Hochatown dining district and 10 minutes from the Beavers Bend State Park entrance.

How far is it from DFW / OKC / Tulsa?

Roughly 3.5 hours from Dallas/Fort Worth, 4 hours from Oklahoma City, 3 hours from Tulsa, 3.5 hours from Shreveport, and 4 hours from Little Rock. The closest airport is Texarkana (TXK), about an hour away.

What's check-in like?

Self check-in via a smart lock. The code is texted to you the day before arrival along with detailed driving directions. Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.

Yes, Wi-Fi throughout the cabin. It's solid enough to stream on multiple TVs simultaneously.

Full-size refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, kettle. Cookware, cutlery, and dishes for 12. We provide starter supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and basic spices.

Is the hot tub year-round?

Yes. The hot tub is on the west-facing creek-side porch and is maintained between stays. Chemistry is checked before every arrival.

Yes — in-ground fire pit with seating for 8. Firewood is generally available (seasonal, check before arrival).

Can I get groceries delivered?

Walmart delivery from Broken Bow works for the cabin address. The closest full grocery stores are in Broken Bow (15 minutes south). Most guests plan a quick grocery stop on the drive in.

6 Smart TVs throughout the cabin — living room, game room, and one in each bedroom. Streaming services (Netflix, Hulu) work on every TV. You can log into your own accounts.

Is the creek really on the property?

Yes. The 4.5-acre lot has private creek frontage. The creek runs year-round and is audible from the primary bedroom.

There are interior stairs to the loft. All three bedrooms and a full kitchen are on the main level, so you can stay ground-floor-only if needed.

Most weekends require 2 nights. Holiday weekends and peak season require 3 nights. Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) require 4 nights.

Direct to the owner. Chris owns the cabin and hosts every stay personally. He's reachable by phone and text during your stay.
