Property Fit
Bring the dogs. All of them. Any size.
A pet-friendly Broken Bow cabin with a hot tub, a fenced dog area, 4.5 private acres, and no size limit on pets.
The pet policy in plain English
- Dogs welcome. No size limit.
- One flat pet fee per stay — not per dog.
- Fenced area on the property for off-leash time.
- 4.5 private acres means you won't be leashed in for every walk.
- Please crate dogs when unattended, and pick up after them on the property.
Why we're more flexible than most pet-friendly cabins
Most "pet-friendly" Broken Bow cabins cap out at 2 small dogs under 25 lbs, or they charge $50 per pet per night, or they require a deposit only refunded after a cleaning inspection. We think that's silly — people with big dogs need cabins too, and if a guest brings a well-behaved 80-lb mix, that's a better guest than two tiny under-25-lb dogs that have never been in a new place.
Chris has dogs himself. This cabin was built with pets in mind — the flooring, the fencing, and the grass-to-gravel ratio all reflect that.
The hot tub
- On the west-facing creek-side porch
- Year-round (maintained between stays, chemistry checked before every arrival)
- Sunset view through the trees onto the creek
- Covered porch area for rainy days
What else is outside
- Fire pit with seating for 8
- Propane grill on the covered porch
- Private creek frontage (dogs can wade safely in the shallow sections)
- Paved driveway for parking — no dragging dogs over muddy ruts
What's inside (for the humans)
2,538 sq ft, 3 bedrooms + sleeping loft, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12. Full kitchen, pool table and game room, 6 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi. See the full property spec.
What to bring for the dogs
- Their own bed (we don't provide pet beds)
- Crate (required when dogs are left unattended)
- Food & bowls (no pet food sold nearby)
- Leash (for off-property walks; the fenced area is leash-optional)
- Towels for post-creek mud
