Everyone gets a real bed. 3 bedrooms + a sleeping loft = 12 dedicated sleeping spots. No cousin ending up on a couch.
3.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have ensuite baths; a third full bath in the hall; half bath off the living area. No bathroom queue on reunion mornings.
Dining for 12 at one table.The point of a reunion is being together — we didn't want a cabin where half the group eats at the island while the other half eats on the couch.
Multiple conversation zones. Living room, game room (a flight up, so kids can get rowdy without interrupting adults), hot tub porch, fire pit. People can split off in groups of 3-4 without leaving the property.
4.5 private acres.The kids can run around without supervision-in-sight. The dogs can play in the fenced area. The property is yours — not a cabin 30 feet from someone else's.

The specific reunion use cases we see most

Multi-generation family reunion

Grandparents get the primary (king, ensuite, ground floor). Parents and kids split the other two bedrooms. Teenagers / young adults take the loft. Meals happen together at the dining table; kids gravitate to the game room after dinner.

Girls' trip / bachelorette

8-12 friends. Hot tub on the creek-side porch with drinks, fire pit at night, 5-minute drive to Mountain Fork Brewery and Girls Gone Wine in Hochatown. Pool table for the late-night shenanigans. Dining table seats everyone for the same dinner.

Milestone birthday / anniversary

Quieter groups — 8-10 people celebrating a 50th, 60th, or anniversary. Hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen for a big dinner everyone cooks together. Beavers Bend State Park is 10 minutes away for the day hike, Hochatown restaurants handle the celebration dinner.
