What we collect
- Contact form submissions:name, email, optional phone number, optional date range, and your message. Submitted via Microsoft Graph email to the owner's inbox.
- Google Analytics (GA4): standard page-view analytics. No personally identifying information is associated with GA4 events.
What we do with it
- Reply to your inquiry about a stay. That's the only reason we collect contact-form data.
- Understand which pages guests read (aggregate, non-personal).
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't build profiles or run retargeting ads based on form data.
- We don't store payment information on this site — bookings go through Airbnb, which handles payments.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal data we have, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@stayatcreeksideranch.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses GA4's cookies for analytics. You can block these in your browser settings or use a privacy extension. No tracking cookies are used beyond GA4.
